|3.|| For those responsible for managing cleaning staff, Module
3 supports clients in the implementation of necessary policies
and procedures to meet legal requirements, streamline operations
and to help maintain the health and safety of cleaning personnel
working in a variety of different types of workplace. Pictogram
based method statements for cleaning tasks are available along
with site specific risk assessments and full COSHH assessments
(subject to product selection).
|4.||Recognising some of the people management issues facing the cleaning industry today, Module 4 offers a variety of low cost management tools and training aimed at helping clients to improve cleaning standards and to retain and develop the skills of their staff. Ongoing contract support through a 24 hour helpline and quarterly updates of changes to HR, health and safety and cleaning related legislation matters are also available.|
